Hi! I’m Savana- yep, that’s one “n” and no “h.” I’m 26 years old and live in Charlotte, NC with my high-school-sweetheart turned husband, Brandon.
Brandon and I are from Johnstown, PA, a small town about 56 miles east of Pittsburgh. I went to college at Robert Morris University and graduated with a 4.0 in three years with two majors (finance and management) and a minor in international business. Two weeks after graduation, at 20 years old, I moved alone to a city I had never been (Charlotte, NC) in hopes of escaping the snow and made it my home. In April 2019, Brandon and I got engaged at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens.
Brandon joined me in Charlotte a little over two years later, which means we did long distance for a very long time. Later that year, we bought our first house at 23.
I absolutely love to travel. For four years, I traveled 50-60% for work and got to experience so many cool things, including how much I love quaint little towns! I learned a lot about myself during this time. Since March 2020, I have been enjoying working from home in the Queen City.
Other than traveling back to PA to visit family, Brandon and I have a goal to visit all 50 states and are tracking our adventures with a photo map! We’ve been together a long time, but we still have a lot of adventures to go on before it’s filled. In July 2022, we bought a camper, Imma Jean, to help accomplish that goal! I’ve been to seven countries and would love to continue exploring the world as it’s safe to do so. You can read about my adventures to Japan here.
